Default Hankook AL22

Going to replace my drive tires. Looking at the Hankook AL22 tires.
$608 ea installed. Price seams reasonable. Anybody using them? Do you like them?

Thanks

I put a set of Pirrelli's (spelled wrong i'm sure) on my coach before going to Alaska this summer.
They now have 14,000 miles or so on them.
They ride good, and i can see no wear or weird stuff going on with them.
I can hook you up for way less $ if you can wait.
They are a tour bus tire, high speed rated too.

Ohh,also we (WOG) have a new deal working with Michelin,we can save some money for you over the old Michelin Advantage Program that Stephen Birtles set up.
This is what happens when we buy a lot of stuff,we get offers for better deals.
Support the wog,we can save you money!

I can wait for a little bit. I don't want to put on a lot of miles with tire issue I have. The tire is starting to Zipper.

No,you don't have the be an FMCA member for the discounts that Stephen set up,or the new program thats been offered to us.
I have a deal going on the Toyos and the Pirrelis,my own deal that the national company that sells tour bus tires set me up with several years ago.
Only problem with them is you have to pick the tires up here,no national plan like michelin offers.
So,i don't push them.
My local tire shop that mounted tires for me has reopened after the hurricane last Oct.
It took months to get their building back in order.

The new Michelin deal is not the same as the FMCA deal or the WOG deal (which is the same),its offered to us by another group and there is some good money to be saved.
We are working the details out now.

All of these programs are available because of the power of WOG.
(you guys are the power)!

What do you mean "Zipper"? If your talking about a large crack in the sidewall you can wait forever if you don't drive the coach. If your going to drive it perhaps not.

Rick
That is what the tire guy called it. I had to look it up online. You don'y want to be by the tire if it goes. It is a larger type slice / crack that looks like in the right light is going to expand. We might be traveling south in October so I want to replace by then.

I got 6 Michelins @ Pomps thru the program, seems it was like 2500 mounted and spun, I pulled and put, don't like tire monkeys working on my coach.

Mike,
Pomps is where I got the price from. I did not check on Michelins, I assumed they would be more $$$$$$$$$
