Well since winter is here i figured i would start on stuff i can do on inside when its cold and on the warm days i will continue work on stripping the paint down to bare metal so far i have half of the bird stripped

Wow what do you do in your spare time? Kinda understand except the paint I don’t think I can go there. Great job. Where are you located in Springtown? I am just down the road in Azle.

Razor to original paint then sand to bare metal. Most of this is coming off easy because its so thick and wasnt prepped right then around huck bolts and hard to get corners airplane paint stripper. I have two small dents to pull and bondo then to a apoxy primer sealer.

Yes Critt a painters style blade. I wouldn't use this method on aluminum or thin paint but this paint was so thick its coming off easy with a blade
