Default Aqua-Hot zone recycling

I have a 2000 43ft LXi and the Aqua-Hot Zone 2 (the front of the coach), recycles very frequently, about every 1-2 minutes. The Aqua-hot zone 3 (the bedroom) works fine and the bathroom area works fine. Zone 2 puts out heat and works except for the quick recycling. Had the Aqua-Hot service at WOG by Coachcraft. Anyone have any ideas what could be causing zone 2 to recycle so frequently?

Thanks,

Randy B

My thermostats are different with the early AH...but my middle will do the same thing occasionally. If I change the air flow..it stops. Thermostat location?

I'm also interested in answers to this question.

I believe it could be the temperature differential setting. That is the plus/minus temperature range above and below the set temperature which cycles the blower OFF and ON. A 1* differential would cycle the blower more frequently than a 3* differential.

I haven't yet found how to set the differential on the four-button thermostat.

Yeah, I need to do that with my Hurricane, but it also cycles at the burner very frequently, so it's probably moot!

we have found that the wall mount stat will short cycle the aquahot and the hurricane (if equipped) if you have a heater below the stat.
We simply pulled the dining table chair back against the wall and let the heat from below find another way,it does not rise to the stat.

I’ll give it a try and let you know what I find but that sure sounds reasonable.

Moving the dining chair to block the heat to the thermostat worked.
