Default Locked out by Dashi!

So we went out for a couple hours today and left the dog ( Dashi) in the coach as we sometimes do, and when we get back we find that he has stepped on the lock from the inside and we can’t unlock it as the outside locking mechanism has long since been removed in favor of a deadbolt style lock.
Any suggestions, short of breaking a window?

I read where someone removed a skylight and went in through the roof .

The local fire department or police department might can assist , we do it on occasion .

Used a coat hanger like wire, pushed a flat head on the bottom of the passenger side window and opens the gap enough next to the pull button, pushed the hanger in, hooked and lift it open! We are in, thank you all for the responding!

Thats what i was going to tell you to do!
Now,take the door panel off and disable that door lock, remove the push button and make sure that does not happen again.
Its happened 12,234 times that i know of.

Unscrew lock knob on top, slide a washer over the rod and screw the knob back on. This will keep the knob from pushing down again. Temporary fix until you do what Randy says.

To add to what Randy and Sean suggested, there may be another reason you get locked out. Lost key or whatever. Take the lock off of the bedroom window. That way you will always have a way in, no matter what.
