Today I spent $350.00 on nuts and bolts at Caterpillar and had a very pleasant experience. Long Live Caterpillar!

Nope, but I did get free popcorn and coffee!

Seriously though, I just wanna say how much I love corporate America. The service was great, everyone did their jobs, the merchandise was available and fresh, the ambience was more than you could ask for; as opposed to the usual Mom and Pop shop, where you owe them a favor, they want to sell what they have, and half the time they don't know what they have. Refreshing!

Dang they give you free popcorn at your local cat dealer all we get is coffee and occasionally donuts if the parts manager is in a good mood and brings them, but they will do whatever it takes to get you the part you need and most of the time its in the next day if they dont got it , at least thats what they do for us since im in there everyday geting parts . i got them looking for me a 3208 turbo engine right now so i can rebuild it and put it in this winter.
