If you open the hwh computer box there is a plug with 4 wires going into it, clearly marked from the jacks. If you unplug that plug the computer thinls the jacks are up. You can still use them manually, the jaspcks that is, but no buzzers or alzrm lights. You then can select them up but have to visually check them. I operated like that foe 2 years while I chased my issue.
Mine was eventuall tracked down to a faulty pressure sensor on my right rear jack.

Default buzzer

Thanks so very much, all fixed now, no BUZZER! There were 4 buzzers, this one was the second from the street side.
