Default Toad searching

Hi guys

hubby and I decided to upgrade our vehicle. our current one is an awesome 2002 tdi jetta with 272k miles, but it's starting to get tired. we looking for an suv type maybe a flex or jeep or crv. if you all know of a good deal, I'd love the heads up. some where is the 4yr range.
thanks

I have a really nice 06 Jeep Wrangler 65 Anniversary Edition. 40k miles, new tires, set up to flat tow. Black in color. $15k

Not a problem, for the record, and thank you Randy for the kind comment.

Cynthia and Mo,
Congratulations on your coach! I will say the Jeep Commander 2006-2010 is much more affordable than the regular wrangler/ unlimited models. They really hold their value. But the commander has more room , nicer cabin and is built on same chassis as Grand Cherokee. As a diesel fan myself , none of these Jeeps will ever remotely offer the economy of the diesel cars. But perhaps if you haven’t considered the Commander you can give it a look. Great ride quality and handling and with the Hemi it feels featherlight with incredible power reserve.

Thats a good price for a low mileage TJ. That's the last year and the nice ones keep getting harder to find. If I didn't already own two of them(01 & 03), I'd be interested.

Nice looking TJ. Ours is the same year and if we had room for more cars would definitely be considering this one.

thank you. I'm having a little cow as i'm looking at gas milage of average suv. I totally wish the US would allow the smaller diesel trucks or cars available in other countries. like a toyota Tacoma diesel that's in Canada but not here. my vw mechanic is trying to get us to stay with a vw wagon. says there's no reason why a manual tyranny shouldn't work even with a younger vdub.
