Default M380 high mount center brake lights

One of the three LED segments recently quite working. I assumed that it had failed electrically and I was surprized to find a broken wire when I removed it. Seems the wiring harness was suspended by the smallest, most fragile wire in the whole system. Murphy's law at work! I didn't know Murphey worked at Fort Valley in 2003.

The fix was simple, also tied up all the wires to prevent future breaks.
