Question Source for Cord for Electric Drapery?

Howdy, WOG family.
Does anyone have a source for the cord that is used for the electric drapery system? The cord is beginning to fray and I want to replace it.

TIA,
Jack

Randy's got a bunch of the stuff. Get hold of him. He mentioned just sending the spool around the country from person to person. Use what you need, store it, send it to the next when they need it. Send some coin to Randy to then perpetuate the project.

I found the electric drape cord replacement at ACE hardware...exact diameter.

Fuse the new cord to either end of the old frayed cord (heat with match) and the new replacement will trail behind as you pull the old cord out.

Default Drapery motor

Has anyone come up with the replacement wheels and/or entire unit for the drapery control motor?

Make sure you find cord made for drape use. I first replaced mine with some similar sized cord I found at the store, but it stretched. Found drapery cord and everything was good.

Mark - I found replacement wheels at SmartHome, they were the exact replacement. Package of 3 replacement wheels $14.50 http://www.smarthome.com/replacement...s-3-tires.html
