Default compressor rebuild kit for Microphor 5000

Hi, all,
I recently had to replace the compressor that powers my toilet, which I believe is
Thomas Compressor 405ADC38/12

I kept the old one, and wondered if anyone knows of a rebuild kit that I could use to revitalize this for a spare?

One thing I learned, when the toilet quits working, abominable UPS next day charges, somehow become tolerable.

Thanks,

Lee:

Right now there are seven Thomas 12 compressors listed on e-bay for $95.00 each. I bought two of them a couple of months ago. They are brand new and a rebuild kit, probably only a little cheaper than these pumps.

I quit rebuilding them, buy 2 of 'em and your problem is solved (for a little while anyway. I have learned the rebuild is only a temporary fix.

My turn to replace the potty air compressor. I looked at the rebuild kits, but after 19 years I think this one has served the bus well and I'm going new.

The one I'm replacing looks like a Microphor rebranded Thomas 405ADC38/12 mentioned above.
Like this:

I wondering if this would be a better replacement:

Much, much less amp draw, a little less Free air CFM's, but if I'm only maintaining a 4 lb tank from 60 to 90 PSI???

What does the collective say, beside get different toilet.

PO of my coach just added a small compressor with regulator, probably cost him less than a hundred

I went with another Thomas. I like to keep things somewhat original for whatever reason and if it lasted almost 20 years it is hard to complain about... It's does do a very important job.

BTW I found it for $281 from http://www.combinedfluidproducts.com/
