69 Wanderlodge on Craigs list $4500

Yall know how much I like these old classic's. Here is one from craigs list and I will paste the email he sent. He also sent about 40 pics, the inside looks very clean. This is all I know about it. I will forward the email to anyone who would like it, send me an email. Here is the link:

Price: $4500, location-La Veta CO., fixes needed: fuel gauge not working, emergency brake cable needs tightening. carburator leaking gas, it may be a loose fitting. bus has been stationary for almost 3 years. Tires have great tread but there is dry rot on sidewalls. Back ceiling vent needs to be replaced ($15). Bus has 6.5k Onan generator but it is not functioning. Some heating duct work needs to be replaced. Mileage: 92,807. Ford 391 industrial gas engine. Six speed Allison automatic transmission. Floor Condition: Excellent. Water Damage: None. Cabinet Condition: Excellent. Plumbing: working condition / in 1969 Bluebird used copper pipe. Evidently someone did not winterize the bus in the past. There are places where they patched the copper line with rubber hose and hose clamps. Changing the copper line to PEX pipe would eliminate the need for winterizing all together ( not very expensive to do ). Of course this would only be necessary if the bus is kept in a cold environment. Gas: The bus has two propane tanks. I believe one of the tanks is leaking at a fitting.( simple fix ). The other tank works properly. Electrical: everything works. Appliances: good working condition. All appliances replaced in the 90's. including toilet, hot water heater, Refrigerator, pilotless or electric ignition heater system. Both front and rear overhead A/C units work. New brake pads/shoes. Brakes work good. New wheel bearings. New kitchen sink fixtures. Pictures taken yesterday! No rust. original paint. worn down to primer in some spots.
