Default Gadget painting project

So, one of the things I set out to do from the beginning was to have the bus repainted. The 80's ish paint scheme doesn't appeal to me any more than the new swirly spiky 2010 paint schemes do.

That being said, I'll present to you my various mocked up painting schemes for your amusement, and invite commentary.

Here is the bus as she sits :

Default And now, the candidates.

And now, some of the ideas - presented for your amusements.

First, a somber black and silver/grey.

And next, a metallic green

A nice red and black number

Obligatory flames

And, of course -

What's your favorite?

Nice PHOTOSHOP, much better than I can do, I still haven't been able to adapt to the Adobe way of doing things, or understand their language either, I'm stuck in the old days of graphics programs.

SPG,
None of the "new and improved" paint scheme pics came through for some reason. (at least for me)

On a side note, while you are still in the Columbus area you might want to talk to Dick at StarJet ( www.starjetbuspainting.com ) I think you will find some of the best pricing for a complete paint job that you will find in the states, plus there is not a paint scheme out there that he can't do.

I think he recently quoted around $6000-6500 for a 40 footer that Markus Meyer was looking at buying before getting into a different one that didn't need paint.

Not showing up for me either. Though the original shot didn't show until John "fixed" me. It shows fine now, just not the others.

Original shows here, but photoshop versions do not.

FYI.
Grabbing the img address directly from html and using it has forum software return an invalid attachment message for these and small attachment photos not showing at bottom of message.

Just seeing the original also. I tried both firefox and ie. Nothing at all in firefox, ie displays a small box with a red "x" in it instead of the pictures.
