Default Queen Bed Position/Placement

For those of you with queen beds, what factors go in to considering how you position it? The bus came with the bed positioned sideways against the back of the bus.

The reason I'm reconsidering it, is because it was difficult getting to the water tank release valve. And I'm not sure how often I will need to get under there, or to the other side where the water heater is.

I'm thinking center positioning might be best, although I would need to add a support board under the foot of the bed since its really designed for two twins on either side.

I would love to see pictures of your queen bed/bedroom layout and the reasoning behind how you placed the bed (or how you re-did the support boards).
