I have done a Mod on the coolant loop, just have not had a chance to document it. I was waiting to clean it up a bit before I documented it. The long and short of it is that I took the lines coming off the engine to a heat exchanger close by. So the coolant from the engine only circulates from the engine right to the heat exchanger and back to the engine. Then there is a separate coolant loop that runs to the heaters in the bus. I just purchased some low cost ac delco coolant pumps and they pump the coolant to the heater cores in the bus. Maybe I will try to do a quick video of the modification.
