I travel with the wife & (3) kids we are going to revisit our escape plan before we depart on our next trip, in a panic situation I need to know the family can get the windows open.

Just an FYI Protang fire suppression is planning on attending WOG 2020 and will have systems there for sale/installation if all goes according to plan.

Default Waterless fire suppression system. Non corrosive.

This is the system I put on my coach. The manufacturer is waiting on me to start an LLC so I can get wholesale prices and sell for him. I have the two head foam unit in my engine bay. I also have a small one over my generator. I am temporarily moving that one to the new battery bay till I can pick up a new one. A little more involved, but I feel (IMHO) a bit more comprehensive and less damaging of a system (when activated).

I am sure this is probably a repost by me and I apologize in advance. RV fire safety is important as we all know. This RV fire safety guy was the one suggested to me by the fire suppression guy I bought my system from.

Big thing is his escape ladder. He sells it at a markup. I bought one off eBay and added two metal clips to the top of it like he did. I tied it together with a rope with a half hitch. I keep it next to the cloths washer in the coach.

No worries. I bought two systems from him. One for the engine and one for the engine. The engine fire suppression system is foam based. The refrigerator was halon gas based. I had no issues with the foam system.

The refrigerator system is gas and I did have issues with it. The pressurized gas would leak out of the system in a couple of days. I found out even after sending a replacement system it would still leak out. The problem was the hose used for the remote mounted head. I went to a Parker Store and bought a different hose and that resolved the issue. The way I checked the hoses was with a plug on one end of the hose and a Schrader valve on the other. I pressurized the hose and dropped into a tub of water. The bad hoses had tiny air bubbles all over the hose. The one from Parker did not. I see he is pre connecting the hoses now so maybe that issues has been resolved.

Both systems have been pressurized for years now and are fine.

That bus resembles the one for sale in Seattle area about 2 years ago. The one I looked at was a very good price but in rather rough condition in areas.makes you think. Could it be?
