Default Fort Worth stop

We will hit Fort Worth on Monday and will need to dump, fill, and do a big pile of laundry. I know a couple of Woggers with space in the area, but we need dump and laundry capabilities. Any recommended campgrounds?

The Lone Star Birds uses this campground just west of Fort Worth. I have stayed there, it is nice. Coffee Creek Campground in Santo, Tx- just south of Mineral Wells, call 940-769-2277 for reservations. It is out of town, if that's what your looking for. https://coffeecreek-rvresort.com

If you need diesel / supplies you can stop in Weatherford, just east of the campground. Wal-mart / truck stops / QT has the lowest cost diesel.

If you're coming down I35 south from OKC you're welcome to use the hookup at my office. Price will be right. There's a laundry mat about 4 blocks east with side street room to park and you can overnight with electricity at my office as well. It's about 16 miles east of 35 on hwy 19.

Unfortunately we are coming in on 30 so it wouldn't work this time. But thanks much for the offer.

Thanks. I will check it out. Kathy, wife, wants to visit the Bush library, on the other side of Dallas in the car. Checking time/distance

Hey Gardner, Santo to the GB Library will be 1.5 hours, not sure if this works for you. I do not know this place, I just did a quick search. But this might be an option for you. It is on the east side of Dallas. http://www.plantationplacerv.com/ It is near I30, and around 25-30 minutes to GB Library.

I am in Athens, this is a nice facility. http://www.lakeathensmarina.com/ Also east of Dallas, but around an hour south of I-30. Athens to GB Library is hour and 15 minutes-ish.

Hi Gardner.
Sun's out today, high 58, tomorrow 68 and it's drying out. I don't know about any places in dallas close to the library, or till you get west of Ft. Worth.
Cowtown RV Park 2070 I20, 76088, between Ft. Worth & Weatherford (may be in Willow Park, not Ft Worth) 817-441-7878 is a clean place, has a dump station that I have used, dump fee still $15, I checked. As you pull in it's to the right. I have found them to be nice people. Exit 418 from I20, under the bridge and back east on the south side of I20 about a mile. You can spot it from I20 when west bound. Another place that I have used, clean but older, 2203 Tin Top Rd. Weatherford 76086, 817-594-8801, dump fee $20 Exit 408 stay on service rd past Hwy 51 too Stop Sign at Tin Top, under the bridge and it's on the left, in the 1st block past I20.
Both places have coin operated washers & dryers for RVers. I checked. There is also a laundromat in Weatherford on S Main St. (Hwy 51) Hope this helps if you get this far before need arises. Don 817-596-0278

In Grapevine, Tx. Right near Dallas. Campground name The Vineyards campground and Cabins. It’s on the lake and a nice place.

Thanks to all for your suggestions and research. My wife decided on the KOA in Weatherford. I'm not a KOA fan, but it filled the requirements even though it will be a long ride to the library. We will have to endure the Dallas traffic but in the car, not the coach.

Found this on the east side of Dallas off I-30 that might work. Plantation Place RV Park, Sunnyvale, TX.
