Default We share our loss

Looking forward to getting to know the Bird and the system. And looking forward to meeting the many folks on here who have been so helpful in our search and purchase. We have receive so much help and encouragement from near and far. We are looking forward to getting to know our Bird. Have not even got water in it yet. They were supposed to fill it up, but some how no water. Guess there is a valve attached to the sw that did not work. Have had no time since I got back and two big snow, and unusual snow. 5f this morning.
I know we are new here and have not got to know a lot of you but we look forward to that. So I want to share our family tragedy. My 44 year old son was off work when we were planning to come get the coach so we ask him to go with us, which he did. Really had a good time and enjoyed the trip, and he was a lot of help. We left here on Wed night about 7:30 and arrived in Tampa Thursday night, got back here no Sunday night. Got the Bird under cover Monday before the big snow last week on Tuesday. Pretty heavy snow for our area and temperature in the single digits.
Anyway, My son was at his home when he had a massive heart attack Friday night about 5pm. We get the call from the attending EMT. He is gone, nothing we can do. No indication of any serious health problem. What a shock. We are fortunate to have a close family and a lot of friends who have made this situation bearable. Just wanted to share this with our new family.
