Pulled and replaced the two hoses and 4 bands. Might be easier for me because my ac compressor is off. Cut hoses on top to remove. No need to remove water pump. Drained 8 gal of coolant first. Rotate steel pipe down and twist out, remember path. Take pic of band orientation.

Reinstall with new top hose pulled over removed tube and other new hose on on water pump . Band hose on water pump. Also rotate pipe in with all the other three bands around the pipe.
