Kip you have a silverleaf, can you go into history or diagnosis and see if there are any fault codes.

Forward to post #7 to see what I found.

It sounds like you're getting decent boost pressure so this might not help but I'll throw it out there anyway for something to check while you're in there looking around.
Mine was bad also. Really helps the boost numbers to have a good hose.

i have seen a coach with good boost on the gauge,be low on power.
The cac had a huge crack in it and using shop air would not build pressure at all.

What Randy said. Possible charge air cooler crack/leak. They plug all outlets, then add air. Then wait to see if it holds air.

If it is the CAC and you need it rebuilt I'd also consider the radiator at the same time, you're more than halfway there already so have it tested.

Just for kicks, if anyone wants a Dura-Lite CAC for their LXi, Dura-Lite can cross reference the OEM part number: Radiator Specialties Inc, part number: RS-4225.

Dura-Lite price to recore your RS-4225 is $2400
Dura-Lite retail price on new RS-4225 is $3100

this is from a older Thread , not sure of the cost now days .

So to test this before repair is to get a pvc cap or make one

make it install in the turbo inlet

put a boost or pressure gauge with regulator and tie it in

put some air pressure not more than 20 psi

find the leaks and then you can know for sure if its a cac or hose leaks do i all the time as i do it on all diesel engines at shop my buddy thinks im nut but now he is sold stupid leaks are a killer on power easy test but pays off

I didn't get much time today, still finishing up other stuff. I did get a chance to check the compressor hoses. They have been replaced at some time. The rubber was soft and they used worm clamps.
I did get the codes of my silver leaf that was interesting. 8/22 is about the time I noticed this issue. Those look like transmission codes? Shifting has seemed fine.
