Finally got some time today and completed the passenger side air bag installs. I purchased new hardware for the plumbing and went to DOT approved plastic to make the install easier. Since you cannot "see" the top of the bag you must assembly by "feel" so the push connectors were perfect and saved lots of aggravation!

I first thought the bags were not the correct size as they looked so tall and skinny, but once air pressure was applied they popped out, straightened up, and then I secured the bottom bolt.

I'm tied up for 2 weeks to will get back to this fun stuff later.

Good job.
In two weeks your arms will be healed up and the grease will be out of your elbows!

I would defer to Randy’s expertise on the exhaust. I have found that I will fight trying to do something without removing something and in the end you end up removing it to get the job done. Just bite the bullet and get it out of the way in the beginning you will be ahead in the end.
OK Jeff, you sold me!
I just saw your YouTube video and boy that sure looks like a nice tool. Besides, I don't have one! Gotta keep up with the Jone's.

You sure seem to have a lot more room under that PT than I have under the FC? I can't even get my head up high enough to see the top of the airbags.. all by feel.
