so,she may have gotten cold feet about catering our pizza,we will see.
Hopefully shes just busy?too busy to call us back?
we met with her last summer and she was all in,but maybe the hype about all the people in town has freaked her out?
Be sure to let us know what the name of their resturant is as the time gets closer with no response. If they're too good to drive 10 miles to see us, then I'm too good to drive 1000 miles to see them.

and your right, and we had agreed to pick the food up so they would not have to drive in the traffic.

So several of my friends call and tell me someone is trying to sell their spot at the rally.
I hear all of this before the person even has the common courtesy to call me and tell me they are not coming.
Thanks for nothing.
And they wait until we lose the spot so we can't add someone from the wait list.
Nice.
Thanks for nothing.

Reservations are not transferable,NOT,and not my rule but the parks rule (but i agree with the rule).
so don't try to sneak someone in using your name or any silly stuff like that.

If this person had been paying attention to WOG they would know this, and they would know theres no refunds, and they would know of the cutoff date when the park takes the spot back.
Thanks for nothing.

Don't call the rally master, post it on facebook first, idiots.
Thanks for nothing.

Did you make your reservations on facebook?
NO.

Am i pissed?
Yes.
I ask this person to cancel their reservations for the wog rally too,if they have them.
Then you can thank me for nothing.

Randy,

We will all make sure you have plenty of Snickers!
It sounds like you could use one right about now.

Just booked all our camping overnight stops for the trip down. Well 2 of the 3. The third was some ranch in Texas. The old boy said don’t worry I’ll have a spot for you when you get here.

I'm not sure which nights were booked for catering (I looked back several pages here), BUT, I hope it wasn't for Saturday or Sunday nights.
If the predictions materialize, there could be a half a million people (attempting to) flock to the the small town of Kerrville, population 25K. It is very likely to be utter bedlam and gridlock in and around town for days. It's a 9 mile walk to town, so the food might be cold when it arrives.
Of coarse The beauty and brilliance of the WOG Eclipse rally is that you get to gather in the heart of the best viewing area (thanks Randy!), and that as RV folks, we are self sustaining. The hoards and gridlock surrounding the rally will be inconsequential to all the attendees who came early and provisioned.
A word of warning to the folks who are planning the journey as if it's just a trip to WOG at Pine Mountain, or Q in AZ, There are Millions of peeps headed to see this event, and it will be crazy crowded. Come early, well provisioned, and don't even think of trying to leave on Monday.
ENJOY the SHOW!
