Default Pt engine access

I did not like the way the engine access seals, and there is no insulation left. I decided to redo it in three separate pieces. . I have latches ordered to hold the hatch tight. I will be using 2" ceramic fiber insulation over the hatch before I screw down the final piece of sheet metal in the bedroom. before the final layer of sheet metal is screw on in the bedroom.

I can't wait to finally close that thing up and go for a drive! Looks good though. I resealed mine and when I redid all the plywood in there I put some new insulation on it, too.

I hadn't had much motivation to get everything I had apart done, but now I've got a rally to attend in a couple weeks. And work is just gonzo right now, so I am only motivated to sit in the recliner and fall asleep every night.
