Default M380 - Replacement Slide Seal Storage

Mine arrived last Friday, literally as DanH was calling on the phone. Was nice catching up. If you guys aren’t going to install your seals soon, he said repacking seals in a larger box might be a good idea because they were packed tightly for shipping. N/A for the Single Seal guys, but he also mentioned that the Rear Seal has an “F” at the end of its item number. I marked the rear seal package as such and put a date on each. Standard caveats apply that the storage box should be placed in cool & dry location.

Please don’t forget to send Dan H a check for the shipping!
Dan’s son did a great job on the packing job, so I put a little extra in my payment envelope for him.

Thanks again Doc & Dan!!

A little beer money for the helper was a good idea.

Ag Inspectors probably held it up to make sure Dan didn’t slip some of those good Florida oranges in the box.

The seals look good, should be a perfect fit.
I installed mine yesterday.
Took about 3 hours or so...

Most of the time spent was removing the old adhesive material.

Was it difficult?
I don’t believe so.
Aired up now holding pressure and doing its job.
More details to follow.
