Beautiful!
How are you and Dorinda?
We still own our beach home but are mostly hanging here at our farm up in North Fl. only 30 mins from 75, 20 from I-10.
You both should make a pit stop here on your way back to Michigan.
The talk is cheap and even better the rent is free!
Would love to see you both and catch up.
Miss you guys.
Muchos!

That sounds like a quote from the Book of Heckman, Bill. I agree a price of $39K kinda gets a person excited but we all DO KNOW the rest of it don't we.

you guys would not make good junk men.
the first rule of junking, you have to go look.
no matter how much you think its too good to be true, you have to go look.

I bought 50,000lbs of lead once,in huge blocks, because everybody thought it was concrete.
Looked like concrete,i drove 100 miles one way to see it,took a file and filed the paint off in one spot, sure enough,it was lead.
Even the auctioneer said it was concrete.

Funny thing,i did it twice,same auctioneer,same site.
2 different sales.
Finn went with me to get it the 2nd time.

John remembers the trip well,i got a speeding ticket in Waldo the 2nd time!
hahahaaa!

Still gives one a whole lot of room for improvement over a similarity priced older coach that may need as much or even more...

For a Detroit Series 60 at this price is unheard of, but then again...well worth investigating to be sure one knows what one may be getting into, and is prepared.

All that glitters is not gold...but every once in a while a opportunity presents its self and someone should go for it. Seems like someone did!

"A person who will not go to meet an opportunity, watches it pass them by".

Now that's a mute point.

Cause someone napped it!

Whoever it was, we should extend our big congrats and most certainly welcome them to our bluebird family.

Long and short is every once in awhile a blind or perhaps an astute pig finds a truffle. Opportunities do exist. As Randy just attested to. You just need to have a sharp eye.

Yes but Randy, For every guy that buys buckets of lead that look like concrete there are ten guys buying concrete that looks like lead. Don't sell yourself short it's not that easy. If so everyone would be making money at it.

Astute pigs are not born but educated. Best way to get a good coach for the most of us is first to know that you are not all that astute (pig or not) and to find an astute pig. I know more then I did seven years ago but I still don't think I'd be a very good judge of a BB. Me if I wanted one I'd pay the most astute PIG I KNOW and have him find one for me. That's what I'd do. It all comes down to the odds. I'd rather pay $5000 too much on one of these things then spend $10,000 too little. ( I,m putting that one in the BOOK)

I like good deals but I like really nice stuff more. How many really good deals turn out to be so???? For me very few. Maybe I'm the exception or just not a very astute pig.

Do what works best for yourself.
