Default Electrical solenoid p/n?

Can't get the slide control panel light to indicate power to the pump and pump will not energize when switch is used to extend slide. Checked control panel and all the fuses and the 2 electrical solenoids for coil continuity, in the large control box on the front bulkhead. Next checked the pump section for ground and any loose wires, all look good. Next checked the 2 electrical solenoids, one shows 13 megaohms between the two small wire connections, so I have an open coil. There use to be a tag with a part number on it but it has worn away through time. Anyone know the part number for it?

Oh, two things;
1) The jacks will deploy and level the coach, but the slide will not function.
2) I have called HWH for technical help and I'm on a waiting list since Sept 27. Have called yesterday and said that the list is long, so I'm waiting.
Thanks

Al, yes to all your questions and have the engine running on high idle. All the compartment doors are closed and locked also. There is an interlock if a compartment door is open that the slide will not actuate. Any ideas for the Part Number?

Gunner, I do not think you need a part number . Just ask for parts and purchase the 2 relays . I think the one on the bottom is the extend . I had a similar issue and it turned out to be the lower relay. This is obviously a guess but at least you can eliminate them from the equation. From there a visit to HWH may be needed . After the snow storm

Al, that was a good idea to call the parts department! But now I'm on the the call back list for the Parts and Technical departments. And they have no idea of when a call back will be coming!
By chance is there a way to retrieve (picture would be great) of the receipt for the solenoid purchased from the new owner of your previous coach?

Default part number

do you still need that part number? My coach is all apart and Im replacing the lower solenoid as I write this. I can probably get the part number from the top one if you need it.

Hi, James. Yes, I'd like the part numbers. The sad part is, HWH, called to setup a technical assistant call the day the coach went into Winter Storage on October 20th. LOL The coach should be out again around

April 15th, at least I should have parts in hand with your part numbers. Thanks

Default after work

I am at work right now, when I get home tonight Ill see if I cant read the numbers for you.

Mine was blowing the 5amp fuse in the control panel as soon as I tried to power the jacks.

I can't imagine a 5 amp fuse to supply current for the pump. The fuse has to be for something which uses a low amount of current (amperage), such as a coil for a relay or solenoid, which in turn allows a heaver set of contacts to control a large amperage device such as the hydraulic pump. Keep in mind, fuse amperage usually is 1.5 times higher, then the actual amperage needed by a device.

Hope this helps.
