I was going to put a thread out tonight about my dash air. My blower switch gets red hot. I am sure its corrosion someplace. The fans run fine. I am afraid if I run it all day something will melt. Anybody else ever notice if their Lx blower switch gets that hot?

should repair this problem..
Would you happen to have the receipt with the part #s for O'Reilly's? Thanks for chiming in on my comment. I just like to have the parts, open the dash, fix and close. If I can get them beforehand, that would be awesome. I run those numbers, I don't get anything on the site. I see the switch when I Google it (not at O'Reilly's) but not the resistor.

I have experienced these issues with the LX dash air over the past 10+ years.
1. Replaced bad compressor but it would not engage with button/fan switch.
2. Coach Craft found a bad connector pin under dash (common problem with connectors) and jumper around connector to fix.
3. Fan only worked on high for awhile. Later melted the switch, plug, and my fingers.
4. Replaced switch with Factory Air Part # 35702 Advanced Auto Parts $8.97, plug/wires under dash, fingers healed.
If your fan only works on high, I recommend changing the fan switch before any melting/burning occurs.
