Default M380 Chassis A/C driver vents

Don't want to hijack Gump's thread, but while the 380 brain trust has the chassis A/C on their minds, I'd like to see if anyone has addressed the dash vents that exit at the driver's knees.

My A/C is COLD, which is great. Problem is that the best vent setting for cabin comfort is one that directs most of the air out of the dash vents. After about 30 minutes, my knees are frozen and there really isn't enough range in the vent louvers to keep the flow off my knees. Has anyone come up with a semi-attractive mod that redirects the air from these vents? I have ideas, but don't want to reinvent the wheel if someone else has already addressed this.

Thanks
Jim
