Default Selling Birds and the Economy

I just did my daily swing by Randy's bird store. Seems like he's selling them hand over fist. Can we assume anything from this or is it just the nice weather?

It appears that Randy still has some really good buys available. Most are priced below the cheapest new class A.

Makes a fellow want to have TWO. I could sell a couple bikes.....

Kidding aside. I am still working on my buddy... Not holding my breath but I haven't given up either. I really wanted him to buy that 31 footer that has a pending sale on it today. Thought that would have been the perfect starter coach for a newbie.

Shane couldn't take me owning two !!! Some of you other fellows either I would suspect. Going home to see if I can run the last wire to the toad.

WOG is the only reason a 'Bird is still a possibility for us.

When I first started researching a full-time coach for us, I decided to limit us to those manufacturers that were still building coaches. Even though there is no possibility that we could buy a new coach, my reasoning was that any manufacturer that has survived the recent depression/recession probably builds a good product. Then I found out that Bluebird stopped building motor homes a few years ago, and I took them off my list. After reading this forum, and asking lots of questions, I put a 'Bird back on the list.

After seeing a total of four 'Birds now, a 'Bird is actually pretty high on the list. Whether we end up with one or not depends on many things, most of which still need deciding, but I'm not nearly so nervous about one as I was a year or so ago. That comfort level is due entirely to this list.

Again, thanks to Randy and all of you who help those of us who are following in your footsteps.
