Looking thru the compartment door it would appear that our cooler takes water from the the block and returns to the block either thru the oil cooler or next to it. Bolts to the engine block. I see I have a fairly significant oil leak somewhere above the oil cooler. Sometimes it doesn't pay to look.
FWIW We have the HT740 trans

I would check the blower drive boot, that is just forward of that area and can leak. Also check if you have a tach drive, its not far from the blower drive boot toward the center of the engine.

Here is what I am talking about, blower drive boot is circled and the arrow is pointing to where the tach drive would be. This is looking at the driver side of the engine toward the front of your bus:
