Washer/dryer vent?

So my home washing machine decided to defecate the proverbial bed today leaving me with a full tub of soaking wet stinky laundry. Back to the bus for help getting my laundry done. I am concerned however because my Splendide washer/dryer combo says it is vented but for the life of me I can't find the vent. I have seen in other threads where there is a control box for the vent to open or close but we have no such control box nor do we have any openings under the bus in that general area or inside the wheel well.

I am not using the dryer function now since my home dryer still works fine so it's not an issue this time but if I use it on a trip, I worry about running the dryer with no vent when there should be one.

I know, silly question, but I don't know the answer to this problem.

My '93 had a switch to flip to open the vent, which was located down by the tag axle. Since you don't have a tag I would just look straight down from where the washer is located. My switch was air operated. So you need to have 60# of air and 12v power to it to work and open the vent. But if you can't find a switch then why not call Sam and ask him. I bet he knows the answer to your questions.

Same, tag in my Lx. So that sounds like a constant. I did buy a new Splendide 2100 and ran the new vent straight out the back late last year. That made a big difference in dry time too.

I doubt he will be able to help me as he never really used any.of the functions of the bus....like the radio or kitchen. It was just a tailgating bus.

Dana, Don't sell Sam Adams short. You don't know him like some of the rest of us. But you can go ahead and and think what you want and hang your laundry out on the line.

This is what was told to me. My hubby has been the one talking to Sam when he first got the bus. I absutely mean no disrespect to Sam. I was just under the impression that they really only used the bus to attend sporti g events or races and didn't really camp with it. I doubt he needed to use the washing machine in the stadium parking lot is all. I will look and see if Tony sti has his number in one of his old phones. The person that I hope would know would be the person before Sam thst did all the work on the bus inside...but I dont know who that person was.

this may sound weird,but i would look behind the washer to see if the vent hose is attached to the washer,and if it is i would follow it to the far end and see where it goes.
Ohh,be careful not to get heat stroke while looking.
