Jeff and Sandra and their son Matt have done a lot of work on it since they purchased it, I'm guessing that Sandra won out on the boat purchase decision and that is why they are selling their 'Bird.

THIS 'BIRD IS SOLD!

I talked to Jeff chicken_h2o today and they sold their 'Bird for $30,000.00 and it now resides in Florida and is used to full time in, he couldn't remember the guys name that he sold it to. The guy saw it parked locally, with a For Sale sign on it.
