Driver/passenger seat mounting?
My drivers seat is mounted from bottom up: swivel base, heavy steel plate, manual adjustment tracks for side to side with air cylinder latch, another heavy plate, and then the power base. IMO, the side to side is useless on the driver seat if it is centered with the steering wheel.
On the passenger seat there are no heavy plates, just some spacers, and the manual and power tracks are parallel. Again, IMO, the side to side adjustment would be useful on the passenger seat. Make more room for entry and exit. I don't see any use having both adjustments front to rear. On these old MHs, many things seem to get changed and parts lost. Does anybody else have a setup like this or, as I suspect, has mine been changed and some parts lost? Jim Keefauver/Jonesboro, Tn./1985 PT36

Sounds identical to our install I believe it to be stock. We use the side to side with swivel to turn seat around for another seat when having company inside.
