Looks like it’s still a valid number with cat:

I would want a new one if I could get it...

I double checked the system before posting, the result it great news related to throw away users. Interesting they still support a new balancer but don't have the bolt on pulley in the system.

Thank god for the power of WOG! I located a mobil mechanic who was able to find the part at a CAT house an hour south of here. Mike H. also called me and had 3. It was easier with shipping cost and time though in using the CAT house. So now begins the fun of opening up the front end and dismantling the bird. It is raining here now but mid day its supposed to clear up. The mobil mechanic Kyle will stop by to get started. He will pick the part up at 8 AM tomorrow.

Great to hear a repair is already lined up.

This is the second balancer thats gone out in the past year that I know of. Is it a replace now part? Or did just two unlucky owners?

I'm going to say i would be changing the balancer if i had one and knew of those other failures, being stuck on the side of the road sucks.
And for you guys with JOBs (4 letter word) it could cost you more than the balancer!
