Default Advice Needed about Selling My Bird

I have a potential buyer coming to view my Bird this weekend. As some of you may know I know very little about the coach as it was purchased for a business deal that never happened and I was left with this gorgeous 2003 LXi.

My question is shall I pay someone to market my coach? I have an RV sales place next door. Shall I pay a sales person to show my coach or try to find another person in town not affiliated with an RV dealership. If so any suggestions as to where to begin looking for someone who is knowledgeable about Bluebirds?

Thanks again and again for any replies you may have to offer. I am so grateful for this group as your suggestions have saved me a lot of time, energy, effort and money.

Jeanne

Get Randy to sell it for you _ he will take care of all the stuff you don't know! Well worth your money!

Jeanne, you've been selling that coach since at least October and with all that time and experience you should have a "feel" for whether you need help or you should continue with your current marketing efforts.
My advice would be to do a hand-off to a pro like Randy but that's free advice and you know what thats worth. You don't want someone telling you what you want to hear. You want someone telling you what you need to know. I think Randy will tell you the truth, if you can handle the truth. to paraphrase Don Marcari, a little.

I don't know how Randy selling the coach while he is in another state works. I am very motivated to get this deal done. If this deal doesn't work out I will be very open to other options including Randy selling it.

Thats the problem with selling your coach, your not near the coach, and you really don't know the coach, and we need someone that knows Birds to show it.

We need someone that can drive it be on hand to give a test drive.
I sell coachs all over the country, not just in my home state.

Randy handled the sale of my previous coach. I could not have sold the coach in less than 30 days had I tried another approach. Well worth the fee.

I believe several of us suggested that you allow Randy to list your coach. I know I have several times. Have you taken the time to call him? If there is a buyer at your price point, Randy can sell your coach. He may have someone available to help a prospective buy understand the operation better than your relatives. The phone call is free.

I think we have talked about this several times already. You aren't having any luck selling it on your own. Like everyone else is telling you. Call Randy. Check out his link for coaches for sale. They are all over the country.
