Found Ellis Meat Market in Statesboro GA got oysters, 60 lbs for $89.95, smaller 30 lbs too right now. Should be able to find some.
Roaster pig can be locally sourced too, might need a volunteer to help with cooking that beast.

Sounds yummy. Still waiting to order our voltage regulator for our generator if BadAndy will ever get around to giving me a part number to order......
IF we get the genny up and running by thr time this ray happens, then count us in. Just not sure I wan to dry camp for a week with no way to keep my batteries charged.

Default Directions to rally

Interstate 16 exit 127 (in the state of Georgia )
go North on US 67

option 1: go 0.8 miles on US67, then turn right onto Hwy46, go 0.5 miles then
turn left onto Clevy Deloach Rd - continue straight for about 1.2 miles
and turn left onto runway (you travel under some big oak trees and
there might be some honeybee boxes under the trees) - we will mark
the runway entrance

option 2: go 1.9 miles on US67, turn right onto Brooklet-Denmark RD (just
after the gas station on right - you see Dollar General to left)
go about 1 mile, turn right onto Mud Rd, 0.2mi turn right onto Clevy
Deloach Rd (1st dirt road to right) - you travel under oak trees -
go straight across 4-way (Fordham Rd), turn right onto runway

we had a Prevost pulling a trailer visiting. He made all the turns and also did not sink in. But please stay out of the farmed fields. Stay on the runway. We will mark the entry.

we will try to trim the trees. So if anyone owns a pole saw - come and help ...

Default Rally food

We will cook a Low Country Boil with shrimp, Friday or Saturday.
Got away from the pig, scared to mess it up and that is a LOT of work.
So on Wednesday eve we will cook some burgers and appetizers
coffee and donuts or similar Thurs/Fri/Sat morning

Pam and I are in if I can get the generator and water fixed by then. We will likely come in on Thursday the 14th if the dates stay 13th-17th.

Water will not be problem. Generator is a little harder. Working on it this weekend.

Thanks for hosting!
