Yep, found an MC5a on facebook that had never been a greyhound 55K original miles and Pro conversion when new. ..... Ad said Husband died 10K. I was at Flywheelers when I found it. Was going to call when I got home but 24 hours later .......sold (but not to me)

When it's a deal, jump or miss out.

Somewhere on this site there's a thread where a coach was posted for sale and sold within a few minutes. My coach went in less than 12 hours. You've got to be ready.

C'mon, everybody, read the Larry's posts!!!

They were ready to buy the thing as-is. Owner said she didn't want to sell it until certain repairs were made. So they were waiting for the repairs to be made. Then they were notified it was sold to someone else, possibly, still as-is!!

They were ready to buy it. It got sold out from under them. Kind of sad, but that's bidness, I guess.

It was NOT sold out from under them.
I was the seller, and they somehow went around me and talked to the owner.
If they had dealt with me they would be the owner of the coach.
So how about it,how did you get the owners number and why did you go around me?

I’m pretty sure if they had going through Randy, they would have that bus today. If they had given Randy a deposit, he would have notified the owner that he had a cash buyer with a deposit, and no one else would have able to buy it from under them. They may have told the owner that they wanted it, but they didn’t do it with money. I’ve had people tell me on the phone that they wanted it, and then changed their minds. First with cash, takes it’s, unless the potential buyer routes a deposit to my checking account.

I find your comments funny.
Here they are crying they lost a good deal but they never mentioned going around me to try to buy the coach from the owner, hmmm.
I was hired by her to sell the coach,to keep people like the Larrys from bothering her, maybe they are why she sold the coach to a close friend,as is?

You are correct, Randy, that little detail was withheld from this conversation. The way it was worded, it sounded like all negotiations were with the owners, and they held off on one person, then went ahead and sold it to another party.

Just to clarify. We DID talk with Randy on Saturday January 18, 2020 around 6 PM. There was NEVER any mention of a deposit being required. We were told by Randy that we would be paying the seller in person and she when then pay him his fee. Randy was supposed to get someone to get more photos of the coach. I e-mailed him and asked him to send the photos and more details once he got them but have yet to receive a reply to that e-mail.

People call me to sell their coach for many reasons.
One is because they don't want to deal with tire kickers.
One is because its a traumatic thing,in some cases.
Sometimes its a health issue and they just do not want to deal with anything else.

So i do the call screenings,i ask the questions,do you have the money?
are you ready to send a deposit and when will you take delivery of the coach?
I keep those awkward questions away from the coach owner.
I coach the buyer,to not make any waves when they pic up the coach,if its an estate sale or a health sale.
