Default cold air leak

I have cold air coming through all three of my roof air (duotherm AC only) as I am driving. Had to take inside cover off and cut some quarter inch foam rubber to put under the cover. Must have leak getting through my duck work. Any ideas on this?

Default Air Leak

I know that there needs to be strips of foam around the top of the air conditioning unit that the top (when put back on) presses down on for it to work the way is intended. (I'm not HVAC guy but I think it directs the air to only come from the correct place and not from around where the foam is supposed to be stopping it) Mine had deteriorated badly so I replaced all of it with some much nicer foam strips and now I check it every year or so. I don't know if that is part of your problem or not.

But anyone that has a BMC might want to take off the AC covers and look at the foam strips if you haven't before as they might be pretty bad.

I'll need to check mine as soon as time permits.
