Default Air suspension

Good morning, all. Quick question: The front end of our coach would not air up at all this past week...while parked. In the 30 minutes that it took me to drive over here to my new favorite truck service shop this morning, the problem fixed itself. The front end is up. Does the air suspension require a little movement to get things going, or do I have a sticky valve or other issue that needs attention?
Thanks!

The coach does not have to move for the suspension to air up. You have a sticking valve or switch. Ideal situation for Marvel Mystery Oil fix.

Locate your leveling valve situated above the front axle (it is connected with a long, 1/4" rod) Try laying on your side and tapping the leveling valve assembly with your awning tool. If you don't have one of those, a long wooden handle of some sort should work.

Sounds like a bad leveling valve. I had two of mine go out on the back of my bus last year. Ironically one side went out, then the other side went out one day after. The valves should run around $100. I tried WD-40 on one and was able to get it unstuck, but replaced it the same day because it wouldn't level properly. My suggestion is to just replace it if it is bad. I ended up replacing both of mine while in the road and it ended up costing more because I had to have shops complete the work.

Hope this helps.
