Default Present cell phone antenna setup - yuk!

Howdy, WOGers.
I am attaching some photos of our present cell phone antenna setup. We need to use an external antenna because our cell phone signal is marginal in our present location. Liz says it works great, but LOOKS lousy. She wants it to look more esthetically pleasing. I think that the setup is very functional. It must be a gender thing. Suggestions or ideas would be welcome.

TIA,
Jack
P.S. Replacing Liz is NOT an option.

I have the same antenna and mounted it on top of the roof in the very front.
Ran the wire down a hole that was created from the ac condenser that I removed.
In the overhead, ran the wire towards the door in the overhead and thru the compartments down the wall alongside the kitchen.
Paneling gives enough to push wire out of site.
Ran it up to our computer table and have an on/off lighted switch so I could tell when it was needed and I didn't forget it and leave it on.
Oh yeah, ran the antenna to an amp and then to the computer.

I was told that the 93 had a cell antenna from the factory, and I think I know what one it is on the roof. But for the life of me I can't find the wire inside. I was told it should me in the cabinet with the CM, and alarm, its not. If anyone knows of another place to look please post or Jack if you find it please post.

Why not mount it to the TV antenna mast and run the wires through the roof covered with a clam shell and silicone, the antenna will lay flat on the roof when traveling, and stand straight up when deployed as in the pic below.

On a 1997 it's behind the door where the CB is [down by your right leg]. I didn't know it was there for a long time. Reached in until I found a round wire and started pulling.
