Default Coolant Capacity on Aqua-Hot

I have 95 42' WB. I am replacing the Aqua-Hot boiler tank with a rebuild unit and this requires changing to the CAMCO 30027 Boiler Antifreeze. Does anyone know how many gallons it takes to fill an empty system and where would be the best access/location to fill the system. The old tank had a leak in the fresh water coil that was wrapped around the coolant tank. The new tank has an internal heat exchanger for the fresh water and therefore requires the Camco coolant. I will provide pictures of the project when it is finished.

The boiler holds 15 gallons, Each zone has about 2 quart.
If you want to clear each zone for new antifreeze, the priming procedure in is the AH manual, pages 78-82

Default Aqau-Hot fill

Attached is a picture of the replacement tank for the Aqua-Hot. The reason I asked if there was another way to fill the system is because the new tank does not have a radiator cap fill. It is a fitting that hooks to a 5/8" hose going to a new overflow tank.

Default Aqua-Hot refill

I have the answer to filling the unit. It will take a pump hooked to the drain and that will fill the unit easily. Should have the unit installed later this week.

Seems like the standard pressure cap was simple enough. Guess they found a better way.
